Meal 9 October 2010

Breakfast - 100g of Oat and 2 whole egg
Training  - BCAA + Glutamine
PW meal - 2 Raisin bread, 150g Oat, 100g Fish
Snack      - Wheat Biscuit
Dinner    - Wheat Biscuit and 50g Fish
Supper     - 50g Fish & Salad
