BINGE eating

Binge eating is characterized by compulsive overeating. Emotions often play a role. People with a binge eating problem may overeat when they feel stressed, upset, hurt, or angry. Many find it comforting and soothing to eat but after a binge they're likely to feel guilty and sad about the out-of-control eating. Overeating on a regular basis is commonly increasing weight gain. Depending on the weight before the overeating began, becoming severely overweight or obese is a real possibility.

Aerobic exercises include strength training and stretching to improve muscular strength, cardio-vascular fitness, and flexibility. It can also stop binging when done on a regular basis.  The population of binge eating are mainly obese and practicing sedentary lifestyle.
