As I mention before that I'll be doing carbs cycle. Today and tomorrow will be low carbs day. Friday and Sunday is also my rest day.
Breakfast - 100g Oat and 3 whole egg
Lunch - 4 weet-bix, 60g fish and salad
T-Break - 4 weet-bix, 60g fish and salad
Hi-Tea - 150g Salmon and salad
Dinner - 60g fish and salad
