Breakfast - 100g Oat, 1 apple and 3 whole egg
Pre work - 100g oats, 3 whole egg and salad
Training - BCAA + Glutamine
PW meal - 3 Raisin bread, 100g oats, 100g fish and salad
Snack - 4 multi-grain bread, 50g fish and salad
Dinner - 50g fish and salad
