Breakfast - 150g Oat, 1 apple and 3 whole egg
Lunch - 2 whole meal bread, 50g fish and salad
Pre work - 100g oats, 2 whole egg and salad
Training - BCAA + Glutamine
PW meal - 2 Raisin bread, 100g oats, 100g fish and salad
Snack - 6 weet-bix, 50g fish and salad
Dinner - 50g fish and salad
